Kellogg, Dirty Money by johnmillington94

Commander: Kellogg, Dangerous Mind

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Kellogg, Dangerous Mind leads a Rakdos treasure-and-artifact midrange deck built around converting an avalanche of Treasure, Junk, and Clue tokens into mana, cards, and direct damage. The early game leans on cheap artifact engines like Reckless Fireweaver, Marionette Apprentice, Captain Lannery Storm, and Professional Face-Breaker, while the top end is a set of evasive dragons - Goldspan Dragon, Atsushi, the Blazing Sky, Hellkite Tyrant, and The Balrog, Durin's Bane. Kellogg himself attacks the turn he lands thanks to haste, generating a Treasure every combat and eventually able to steal the table's best creature for five Treasures. The deck wins through repeated artifact-ETB and death triggers, dragon beatdown, Hellkite Tyrant's alternate artifact-count victory, and burst drain from Marionette Apprentice. There are no infinite combos; this is a value pile pressing incremental advantage into a critical mass of hasty fliers.
