Deck overview

Vannifar, Evolved Enigma is a single-faced commander, and the deck is built around her cloak mode as a cheat-into-play engine. At combat she tucks a hand card into play face down; Ixidor, Reality Sculptor and Hauntwoods Shrieker then flip those creatures for free, turning It That Betrays and similar bombs into sudden annihilator threats. The secondary plan is Simic value: blink and copy effects multiply enters triggers, with Tatyova and Tireless Provisioner smoothing mana. Dark Depths plus Thespian's Stage offers an independent 20/20 Marit Lage finish. There is no hidden commander; the face-down enablers are the real engine, and the deck can also fall back on hard-cast ramp threats when the cloak engine is disrupted.
