Koma the Serpent Spitter by user8162201

Format: Commander

Commander: Koma, Cosmos Serpent

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Simic Serpent/Kraken tribal value deck helmed by Koma, Cosmos Serpent, built to ramp hard, deploy Koma, and drown the table in 3/3 Coil tokens plus landfall card advantage. The engine layers Doubling Season and Adrix and Nev, Twincasters over Koma's upkeep triggers, while Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, Tatyova, Benthic Druid, and Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath convert every land drop into cards. The deck wins through combat: a Craterhoof Behemoth overrun with a wide token board, or unblockable Serpents via Serpent of Yawning Depths backed by Return of the Wildspeaker pump. Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy and Seedborn Muse provide explosive mana, and Whelming Wave / Summon: Leviathan act as one-sided wipes that spare the deck's own tribe. It is a midrange value deck that grinds to a big combat finish rather than assembling a compact combo.
