I'm Blue... Daboodee Now You Die by mwdishaw

Format: Commander

Commander: Eluge, the Shoreless Sea

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue extra-turns control build helmed by Eluge, the Shoreless Sea. Its primary plan is to deploy Eluge early, use its attack/ETB to flood-counter lands, then leverage the steep mana reduction on the first instant/sorcery each turn to chain extra-turn spells (Nexus of Fate, Time Warp, Temporal Manipulation). While taking extra turns, the deck generates an overwhelming board of flying tokens from Talrand, Sky Summoner, Shark Typhoon, Murmuring Mystic, and Metallurgic Summonings, which close out the game through repeated combat. A secondary, more resilient win condition is the infinite-turn loop involving Archaeomancer + a flicker spell (Ghostly Flicker, Displacer Kitten) + an extra-turn spell, which runs without requiring the commander. The shell is packed with counterspells, instant-speed interaction, and draw-on-cast engines, making it a punishing control deck that rarely runs out of gas.
