Veigars Wrath by catpuccino

Format: Commander

Commander: Black Waltz No. 3

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

A fast Rakdos spellslinger deck whose commander, Black Waltz No. 3, converts every noncreature spell into 2 damage to each opponent. The primary plan is to resolve a critical mass of rituals, wheels, and cheap draw spells, then either loop Bonus Round with Reiterate, rituals, and Storm-Kiln Artist for unbounded red mana, or simply out-pace the table with Guttersnipe, Wizard tokens, and storm. Kuja acts as a hidden commander: his front face generates Wizard tokens that ping on noncreature spells, and after transforming he doubles all Wizard damage. Secondary paths are commander damage with Swiftfoot Boots and a storm finish from Grapeshot.
