Deck overview

This is a thematic mono-blue deck built around Jace, Vryn's Prodigy, a large group of Jace planeswalkers, proliferate effects, card draw, and mill. The commander is useful because it filters cards early and later casts an instant or sorcery from the graveyard. Cards such as Flux Channeler, Inexorable Tide, Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, and Tezzeret's Gambit can increase loyalty and improve the deck's long-game output. The main problem is conversion: the deck generates value more easily than it produces a reliable win. Its mill cards are spread across several expensive permanents, while its self-library win requires Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Laboratory Maniac, substantial draw, and a nearly empty library. Interaction and protection are present but compete with setup mana. Expect a slow value game with occasional strong planeswalker turns, not a dependable lethal clock or lockout.
