Hojo Slab Battles +1/Go wide version by DoodeMangBro

Format: Commander

Commander: Professor Hojo

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Professor Hojo leads a mono-green stompy strategy centered on +1/+1 counters, token generation, and activated ability synergies. Hojo discounts targeted activated abilities by two generic mana each turn while drawing a card whenever an activated ability targets your creatures. The deck leverages this value engine alongside counter engines like Cytoplast Root-Kin, Spike Rogue, and Forgotten Ancient to steadily outscale opponents. You win by converting tall and wide boards into lethal combat steps using trample enablers such as Duskshell Crawler and Creeperhulk, or by overwhelming life totals with swarms generated by Avenger of Zendikar, Mycoloth, and Tendershoot Dryad. Helix Pinnacle offers an alternate mana-sink victory.
