Niv-Mizzet, Parun is the engine and the win condition. The primary plan is to land Niv-Mizzet, Parun, turn every instant and sorcery into a draw, and then convert one draw into a burn loop through Curiosity or Niv-Mizzet, Visionary. The secondary path is a spells-matter board of Guttersnipe, Firebrand Archer, Sprite Dragon, and Wee Dragonauts that escalates while removal spells draw cards. The hidden backup is Niv-Mizzet, Visionary: with Parun on the battlefield it forms the same permanent-restoration loop without needing an Aura. The deck remains essentially commander-dependent, but it compensates with density and instant-speed answers.
