Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as both a win condition and a ritual engine: casting noncreature spells puts +1/+1 counters on Vivi and deals one damage to each opponent, while Vivi's zero-mana activation generates mana equal to its power. By attaching Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout to Vivi, every single noncreature spell deals damage to all three opponents and draws three cards. This allows the deck to storm through its library using cheap cantrips, generate massive mana bursts with Vivi and Storm-Kiln Artist, and eliminate the entire table in a single decisive turn on Turn 4. The deck backs up this strategy with trigger multipliers like Harmonic Prodigy and Veyran, Voice of Duality, graveyard recursion via Lier, Disciple of the Drowned, and a dense suite of cheap counterspells and removal.
