Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Boros token and combat strategy led by Iroas, God of Victory. It aims to deploy low-cost token generators and curve into Iroas on Turn 4. With Iroas on the battlefield, attacking creatures gain menace and complete immunity to combat damage, turning small tokens into safe, highly evasive threats. The deck scales its damage output using group-slug burn effects like Purphoros, God of the Forge and Warleader's Call, alongside explosive combat multipliers such as Blade Historian and Akroma's Will. Card advantage engines like Welcoming Vampire and Tocasia's Welcome maintain resource velocity as tokens enter the battlefield. Resilient defensive cards like Teferi's Protection and Boros Charm protect the army from mass removal, allowing the deck to close out the game against all three opponents by Turn 7.
