Discard the moonstone by Thevortex808

Format: Commander

Creator: Thevortex808

Commander: Moonstone, Harsh Mistress

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Moonstone, Harsh Mistress commands a mono-black discard control deck that breaks parity on symmetrical discard effects. By exiling and casting cards discarded from your own hand until the end of your next turn, Moonstone turns group discard into card advantage while stripping opponents of resources. The deck converts opponent discards into severe life loss, extra mana, and board presence through payoffs like Waste Not, Megrim, Liliana's Caress, and Tergrid, God of Fright. Once hands are depleted, the deck finishes opponents through continuous trigger burn, a massive army of Zombie tokens from Awaken the Erstwhile, or mass reanimation with Rise of the Dark Realms.
