Deck overview

This is a Jeskai time-counter engine deck helmed by The Tenth Doctor with Rose Tyler as his companion. The core plan is to swing with the Doctor every turn, exiling the top nonland of the library with three time counters so it becomes a free suspend spell, and then use the deck's dense library of time-travel and counter-manipulation tools to make those suspended bombs hit the board early and for nothing. Rose Tyler turns the same counter count into an ever-growing attacker. The finish is combat: free, hasted suspended threats like Star Whale, Judoon Enforcers, Inevitable Betrayal, and Dinosaurs on a Spaceship join Kate Stewart's Soldier swarm and The War Doctor's pings to grind through three opponents. This is a slow-building, engine-driven value list with almost no stack interaction and very little recursion, so it wins by burying the table in free spells once the clock is tuned.
