Counter Blitz (Yuna) (Redux) (copy) by sadlygoodid

Format: Commander

Commander: Yuna, Grand Summoner

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Yuna, Grand Summoner leads a Bant +1/+1 counters deck whose primary plan is to turn a counter-tap mana dork into infinite mana, then kill with Walking Ballista. Yuna's tap ability both ramps and puts two extra counters on the next creature, which is exactly what Gyre Sage, Incubation Druid, Kami of Whispered Hopes, or Topiary Lecturer need to go net-positive with Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura. The secondary path is Scurry Oak + Ivy Lane Denizen for infinite squirrels and counters, finished by combat or by moving counters through The Ozolith into Ballista/Triskelion. A proliferate package and unblockable/double-strike effects provide a beatdown fallback. Sage of Hours is an extra-turn payoff, not a hidden commander.
