Orvar by warriorlegend

Format: Commander

Commander: Orvar, the All-Form

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Orvar is a targeting engine that turns every cheap instant and sorcery into a permanent copy. The deck's primary path is to develop Orvar by turn three or four, copy mana rocks, Islands, and Cloud of Faeries/Peregrine Drake with cantrip-target spells, then use Archaeomancer loops to generate enough mana and draws to cast Astral Dragon or flood with Master of Waves. The commander is both the enabler and the most important permanent; Vesuvan Duplimancy is a secondary engine. There is no hidden commander. The usual win is non-infinite value turned into a flying/Elemental swarm on the following attack step.
