Deck overview

Jace, Multiverse Architect commands a 4-color (WUBR) hybrid Superfriends and Polymorph control deck that leverages low-creature construction to cheat game-ending permanents into play. The primary game plan begins by accelerating through 11 two-mana rocks while generating fodder via Dreadhorde Invasion, Skrelv's Hive, or Lingering Souls. On Turn 4, Jace enters the battlefield, utilizing his passive attack tax to stymie aggressive combat. On Turn 5, Jace's -3 loyalty ability or dedicated spells like Mass Polymorph and Synthetic Destiny transform cheap tokens into an elite creature suite consisting of Deepglow Skate, Moonshaker Cavalry, Ancient Gold Dragon, Displacer Kitten, and Spark Double. Deepglow Skate instantly doubles loyalty across planeswalkers such as Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God and Liliana, Dreadhorde General to trigger devastating ultimates, while Moonshaker Cavalry provides overwhelming flying combat damage to close the game on Turn 6. Robust interaction, asymmetric board wipes, and premier planeswalker phasing with Ripples of Potential ensure board supremacy.
