Umbris v2 by TheBGGuy

Format: Commander

Commander: Umbris, Fear Manifest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Umbris, Fear Manifest is an exile-value Horror/Nightmare deck whose primary plan is to build a board of Horror and Nightmare enters triggers, put large portions of opponents' libraries into exile, and turn a huge Umbris into a one-shot commander-damage threat. Secondary paths are mill/discard through Nemesis, Captain N'gath rod, and Ashiok, and casting cards owned by opponents via Ashiok, Thief of Sanity, Tash Sassa and Author of Ashes. Falthis, Shadowcat Familiar acts as a critical enabler, giving the commander menace and deathtouch. There is no double-faced commander and no hidden commander; the deck is clearly built around the exant engine and Voltron swing of Umbris.
