Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Elemental tribal midrange strategy commanded by Ashling, the Limitless. Ashling grants all Elemental permanent spells in hand an evoke cost of four mana and creates a temporary token copy with haste whenever a nontoken Elemental is sacrificed. This ability turns expensive high-impact Elementals like Avenger of Zendikar, Omnath, Locus of Rage, Champion of the Path, and Titan of Industry into immediate, double-triggering threats for just four mana. The deck generates massive card advantage through duplicated enter-the-battlefield triggers from Mulldrifter, Nulldrifter, and Risen Reef, quickly pulling ahead in resources. It pressures opponents through sudden bursts of direct burn and hasty combat damage, backed by tribal synergies from Horde of Notions and Maelstrom Wanderer. While the deck excels at compounding value and explosive mid-game turns, it features a slow mana base with numerous taplands, lacks instant-speed stack interaction, and relies heavily on creature-based battlefield engines to close out games.
