Deck overview

This deck is an Abzan enchantment midrange strategy commanded by Anikthea, Hand of Erebos. The list blends traditional Enchantress card draw engines with self-mill and graveyard reanimation. Early turns focus on accelerating mana through low-cost enchantments and cost reducers like Sanctum Weaver and Jukai Naturalist, while simultaneously stocking the graveyard using effects like Buried Alive and Grisly Salvage. Once Anikthea enters, she exiles high-impact enchantments from the graveyard to create 3/3 Zombie enchantment creature copies granted menace. The deck builds lethal pressure around Turn 6 by multiplying board presence with token duplicators like Song of the Worldsoul and scaling anthems like Boon of the Spirit Realm. Opponents struggle to race back due to defensive barriers like Sphere of Safety and sweeping -1/-1 attrition from Doomwake Giant. While weak to total graveyard exile and mass enchantment removal, the deck possesses strong card flow and redundancy to maintain late-game inevitability.
