Deck overview

This is a Sultai Elf tribal deck helmed by Thranduil, the Elvenking, who transforms the graveyard into a live toolbox by gaining every activated ability of Elf cards within it. The deck mills aggressively - Ripples of Undeath, Cemetery Tampering, Trystan, Callous Cultivator, Lluwen, Imperfect Naturalist, and Cantankerous Keepers - to stock the yard, then leverages Thranduil to access mana engines (Priest of Titania, Wirewood Channeler), tutors (Fauna Shaman, Prime Speaker Vannifar, Eladamri, Korvecdal), and finishers (Lathril, Blade of the Elves' 10-Elf drain, Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord's sacrifice drain). The commander also draws two, discards one whenever another legendary Elf enters, rewarding the deck's 19+ legendary Elf density. Primary wins: Elf swarm combat with lords and overruns (Ezuri, Renegade Leader, Tyvar, the Pummeler, Finale of Devastation), or the commander-toolbox drain lines. Bloodline Bidding provides a one-card mass reanimation rebuild.
