Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos midrange value and aristocrats strategy centered on Prosper, Tome-Bound. The primary plan leverages impulse exile effects to trigger Prosper's Pact Boon ability, converting exiled cards into both card advantage and rapid Treasure mana acceleration. Early turns focus on deploying 2-mana mana rocks to cast Prosper ahead of curve on Turn 3. Once Prosper is established on Turn 4, the deck chains spells cast from exile—such as Professional Face-Breaker, Court of Locthwain, and Ignite the Future—to generate a steady surplus of Treasure tokens. By Turn 6, the deck converts this resource advantage into game-ending pressure by resolving explosive bomb engines like Bolas's Citadel or Fevered Suspicion, alongside lethal burn pieces including Mirkwood Bats, Marionette Master, and Ingenious Artillerist. With no infinite combo, it closes the game around Turn 8 through incremental life loss triggered whenever Treasure tokens enter or leave the battlefield.
