Deck overview

This deck is a specialized 5-color Polymorph Control deck piloted by Jace, Multiverse Architect. Instead of running low-impact utility creatures, the 99 contains exclusively massive, high-impact creatures and planeswalkers alongside noncreature token generators. The game plan focuses on deploying cheap token producers like Skrelv's Hive and Dreadhorde Invasion alongside early artifact ramp on turns 1 through 3. On turn 4, casting Jace and using his -3 ability reliably turns a 1/1 token into a devastating bomb such as Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, or Archon of Cruelty. These threats immediately suppress opposing boards, restrict enemy spells, and generate insurmountable combat pressure. The deck controls the board with flexible spot removal, sweepers like Cyclonic Rift, and protection spells like Teferi's Protection, steadily overwhelming all three opponents by turn 7 through compounding combat damage and asymmetric attrition.
