Haktos by user4980263

Format: Commander

Commander: Haktos the Unscarred

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Haktos the Unscarred is the deck's sole commander and its main attacker. There is no double-faced or hidden commander. The primary plan is to land Haktos early, protect his single attack with menace, exalted bonuses, and double strike, then chain extra-combat spells or creatures so one attack becomes three. The secondary path is a Kiki-Jiki combo: copy Combat Celebrant for infinite combat steps or Restoration Angel for infinite hasty tokens, which wins without depending on Haktos. Damage multipliers such as Fiery Emancipation and Gisela turn the combat chain into a one-turn kill, while Teferi's Protection, Legion's Initiative, and Akroma's Will protect the all-in turn. Repercussion plus Blasphemous Act can also turn a board wipe into a burning kill.
