Notary (Arena)

Format: Commander

Commander: The Notary Hobbits

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

An explosive mono-green ramp-stompy deck built around The Notary Hobbits. The commander's ETB creates two nonlegendary copies, turning one Halfling into three and then into a colorless-mana engine as you add changelings and other Halflings. The primary path is to use this mana burst to supercharge land-ramp and cast several oversized threats in one turn, then close with trampling beaters, annihilator, or a 10,000-power Jumbo Cactuar. Secondary paths include landfall Beast and Treefolk tokens plus planeswalker card advantage. There is no infinite combo; victory is repeated combat damage.
