Format: Commander

Commander: Trostani, Selesnya's Voice

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Selesnya deck seeks to grow its life total through creature-based lifegain triggers and convert that life into overwhelming tokens or direct damage. Trostani provides a repeatable source of life per creature and populate, which synergizes with both lifegain payoff creatures and token multipliers. Secondary paths include generating an enormous life pool for Storm Herd or Invincible Hymn, equipping Trostani with lifelink via Archangel of Thune or Ajani's Pridemate, or leveraging Aetherflux Reservoir for life-as-burn. The deck lacks instant-speed counterspells and has limited spot removal, requiring combat or lifegain to answer hate pieces.
