Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Group Slug and Clone Midrange build helmed by Deadpool, Trading Card. The central strategy revolves around disrupting opponents' boards by exchanging Deadpool's text box with key opposing creatures, stripping their abilities while inflicting a painful 3-life upkeep penalty. Complementing this unique control angle is a dense suite of group slug permanents, including Razorkin Needlehead, Scrawling Crawler, and Mayhem Devil, which consistently punish ordinary game actions like drawing cards and sacrificing permanents. As the game transitions into the mid-to-late turns, the deck leverages potent token duplication and myriad engines such as Blade of Selves, Helm of the Host, and The Master, Multiplied to generate compounding board presence and overwhelm the table. With additional game-ending potential from the Dualcaster Mage and Saw in Half infinite token loop, alongside flexible removal and stack redirection, the deck balances persistent attrition, disruptive chaos, and explosive combat finishes.
