Ovika, Enigma Goliath is a six-mana spellslinger commander who turns every noncreature spell into a hasty Goblin army. The primary plan is to ramp to six, land Ovika, and use cheap draw/removal spells to chain multiple triggers in one turn, building a wide board that wins through combat. Secondary paths include independent token engines (Young Pyromancer, Talrand, Saheeli, Shark Typhoon), direct damage from Aria of Flame/Thermo-Alchemist/Electrostatic Field, and a Surge to Victory alpha strike. There is no double-faced commander; the deck is built squarely around Ovika's bottom line, with Past in Flames and graveyard flashback as the main way to recover a failed first wave.
