Nicer Eluge by Blabla123

Format: Commander

Commander: Eluge, the Shoreless Sea

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue draw-go control deck helmed by Eluge, the Shoreless Sea. Eluge's power equals your Island count, and it turns lands into Islands via flood counters while discounting the first instant or sorcery you cast each turn by {U} per flood-countered land. The deck is a classic permission-control build: a massive counterspell suite (Mana Drain, Fierce Guardianship, Counterspell, Rewind), one-sided bounce (Cyclonic Rift, Filter Out, Aetherize), and a deep draw package (Flow of Ideas, Finale of Revelation, Dig Through Time, Archmage Emeritus). It wins by making Eluge unblockable (Fishliver Oil, Aqueous Form, Security Bypass, Rogue's Passage) and swinging for lethal commander damage. There are no infinite combos - this is pure control into commander beats, grinding opponents out over a long game.
