This Dimir Storm deck blends spellslinger velocity with exile and conspire synergies under Rassilon, the War President. The deck accelerates in the opening turns using 2-CMC mana rocks and cost reducers like Baral, Chief of Compliance and Thunderclap Drake. It transitions smoothly into mid-game card flow via Archmage Emeritus, Sedgemoor Witch, and exile-matters engines like Fblthp, Lost on the Range and Fortune Teller's Talent.
