Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai artifact midrange engine commanded by Inspirit, Flagship Vessel. The game plan centers on deploying low-cost artifacts and creatures to station Inspirit, enabling its combat trigger to distribute charge counters across key permanents. By combining dedicated counter generators like Coretapper with potent proliferate engines such as Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus and Contagion Engine, the deck rapidly scales charge-based mana rocks and draw engines. Once Inspirit reaches eight charge counters, it grants all other artifacts hexproof and indestructible, creating a durable board state. The deck converts this resource advantage into victory through multiple scaling win conditions: Lux Artillery's recurring thirty-counter burn, an evasive artifact swarm via Cyberdrive Awakener, or lethal counters on Darksteel Reactor and Dawnsire, Sunstar Dreadnought. Asymmetric board wipes like Organic Extinction keep opposing creature boards clear while your protected artifact infrastructure closes out the game.
