Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi serves as both the deck's primary win condition and its central mana engine. Every noncreature spell cast places a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 damage to each opponent, while its {0} ability converts Vivi's accumulated power into usable blue and red mana once each turn. The strategy focuses on chaining low-cost cantrips and draw engines like Curiosity, Tandem Lookout, and Archmage Emeritus. As spells are cast, Vivi rapidly scales in power, generates huge amounts of mana, and drains the entire table in a single explosive turn. The deck is reinforced by trigger doublers like Harmonic Prodigy and Veyran, Voice of Duality, alternate burn threats like Guttersnipe and Fiery Inscription, and a lean suite of counterspells designed to protect the storm turn.
