Deck overview

This deck is an Abzan enchantment deck led by Anikthea, Hand of Erebos. The strategy uses self-mill and targeted discard to stock the graveyard with powerful enchantments, then casts Anikthea to reanimate them as 3/3 Zombie creature tokens with menace. By copying impactful enchantments like Boon of the Spirit Realm, Parallel Lives, and Aura Shards, the deck generates massive board presence while clearing opposing artifacts, enchantments, and creatures. Draw engines such as Eidolon of Blossoms and Caretaker's Talent keep hand sizes full, while token duplicators multiply threats exponentially. The deck closes games through overwhelming menace attacks, animated enchantments via Starfield of Nyx, or high-damage Saga triggers like Summon: Bahamut. It combines sustained value, resilient recursion, and wide combat pressure.
