Deck overview

This deck is a four-color Polymorph strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The game plan focuses on deploying low-cost token generators, such as Skrelv's Hive and Staff of the Storyteller, alongside efficient 2-mana mana rocks during the first three turns. On Turn 4, the deck casts Jace and immediately activates his −3 loyalty ability to exile a token and cheat a massive, game-dominating creature or planeswalker directly from the library onto the battlefield. The creature suite contains lethal threats including Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, Archfiend of Despair, and Emrakul, the Exigent Doom. Redundant polymorph outlets like Proteus Staff and Identity Echo provide resilience if the commander is removed. Efficient white spot removal and sweepers like Sunfall and White Sun's Twilight keep opposing boards under control while creating sacrificial fodder. The deck closes games across multiple combat steps by overwhelming opponents with protected, high-power flyers.
