Deck overview

Skullbriar is a low-to-the-ground Golgari voltron deck. The primary plan is to cast the hasted commander on turn two, attack every turn, and use +1/+1 counters plus auras/equipment to turn a single unblockable creature into a 21-damage one-shot. Secondary paths include using Buried Alive/Jarad's Orders to put Daring Fiendbonder, Qarsi Revenant, or Scavenged Brawler into the graveyard, then exiling them to grant Skullbriar indestructible, flying, lifelink, and extra counters. The commander is both the engine and the win condition; the rest of the deck exists to protect, pump, draw, and recur it. The backup creatures are modest, so most games are won or lost through Skullbriar.
