Vivi Ornitier is a spellslinger mana engine and secondary pinger. The primary plan is to cast a critical mass of cheap noncreature spells, growing Vivi into a burst-mana source while triggering Firebrand Archer, Kessig Flamebreather, Guttersnipe, and Fiery Inscription to drain all opponents. The hidden commander is Niv-Mizzet, Parun: together with Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout, Niv converts card draws into infinite damage. A secondary path multiplies triggers with Veyran, Harmonic Prodigy, and Wizard's Staff, then finishes through chained burn spells. The deck relies on a low curve and instant-speed interaction to protect its combo turn.
