Deck overview

This is a mid-power Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver Zombie aristocrats deck. Its normal game is to develop Zombies, sacrifice them for value, draw through Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver, Undead Augur, or Skullclamp, and use death triggers from Diregraf Captain, Plague Belcher, Vengeful Dead, or Zulaport Cutthroat. The strongest finish is Rooftop Storm with Carrion Feeder, Gravecrawler, and Diregraf Captain. Rooftop Storm makes the Zombie spells free, and the sacrifice loop drains every opponent. That finish is lethal immediately after assembly, but it needs four specific cards and usually two separate tutor or access steps. The deck has meaningful removal and some stack protection, but it does not consistently protect the setup or suppress opposing development. Its graveyard engines improve recovery, while graveyard hate, enchantment removal, and disruption before the loop remain serious problems. The deck is therefore a coherent general-power tribal combo build, not a cEDH construction.
