Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Simic control and token-swarm deck built around Koma, Cosmos Serpent. The game plan focuses on rapid land and mana rock acceleration across the first three turns to cast Koma as early as Turn 4. Because Koma cannot be countered and generates a 3/3 Serpent token on every single upkeep, it quickly takes over the board state. These Serpent tokens serve as an expendable resource to grant Koma indestructible or tap down opposing threats and mana sources before combat. The deck leverages non-legendary clone spells and token multipliers like Doubling Season and Parallel Lives to exponentialize Coil production. To finish the game, the deck resolves one-sided board wipes such as Whelming Wave and Raise the Palisade, which clear all opposing creatures while sparing its Serpents and Krakens, opening the path for a lethal combat swing across Turns 6 and 7.
