Deck overview

This deck combines Abzan +1/+1 counter mechanics with aristocrat sacrifice synergies under Felothar, Dawn of the Abzan. Early turns focus on establishing mana acceleration and renewable sacrifice fodder like Reassembling Skeleton or Dreadhorde Invasion. Once Felothar, Dawn of the Abzan enters, every attack step converts sacrificed permanents into global +1/+1 counters across your entire team. Counter doublers such as Corpsejack Menace and token generators such as Iridescent Hornbeetle quickly compound your board presence. Meanwhile, aristocrat pieces like Bastion of Remembrance and Cruel Celebrant punish opponents whenever your creatures die. The deck closes games through wide, trample-heavy combat damage supported by incidental life drain.
