This mono-blue deck commands The Reality Chip to turn the top of the library into an expansive card resource. The central strategy focuses on assembling a classic cost-reduction engine using Etherium Sculptor or Foundry Inspector, attaching the commander to a host creature, and cycling Sensei's Divining Top repeatedly to draw the entire library. Once the library is empty, Laboratory Maniac seals an immediate victory. A redundant backup topdeck engine in Mystic Forge ensures high resilience if the commander is removed.
