Prosper, Tome-Bound is the engine of a Rakdos exile-matters deck that turns every card played from exile into a Treasure. The primary plan is to chain exiled cards through Prosper's end-step trigger, plus supporting looting spells and attack triggers, while converted Treasures fuel X-spells or drain effects. Secondary wins come from token-making payoffs like Reckless Fireweaver, Mirkwood Bats, and Marionette Master, with Revel in Riches as an alternate condition. The commander is essential: without Prosper the deck loses its main card-advantage and mana engine, though the remaining haste creatures can still attack.
