Deck overview

This Azorius deck uses Captain America, Living Legend to turn tap-activated abilities into a rapid mill engine. Captain America's ability automatically untaps any creature the first time it becomes tapped each turn. By combining this pseudo-vigilance with 16 copies of Persistent Petitioners, four Advisors can tap to mill 12 cards, immediately untap, and tap again for a total of 24 cards milled per turn. The deck supports this core game plan with mill multipliers like Bruvac the Grandiloquent, mass mill sorceries including kicked Maddening Cacophony, and global untap engines such as Drumbellower and Unstoppable Plan. Defensive pillowfort cards like Propaganda, Ghostly Prison, and Crawlspace protect the board from combat aggression, while Teferi's Protection shields the team against sweepers. The deck steadily empties opposing libraries across two full response cycles to win on enemy draw steps.
