Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Sphinx tribal midrange build powered by The Ur-Sphinx. It uses passive eminence cost reduction alongside mana artifacts and tribal cost reducers to cast expensive, evasive flying creatures ahead of schedule. Starting on Turn 4, the deck deploys powerful engines like Unesh, Consecrated Sphinx, and Tivit to draw cards and dominate the board. By Turn 6, these massive flyers form an overwhelming combat presence enhanced by tribal anthems and asymmetric board wipes like Raise the Palisade and Kindred Dominance. The game closes around Turn 8 through decisive aerial combat damage. While the deck possesses massive card draw and resilience against single-target removal via ward and Kindred Boon, its low counterspell density leaves it vulnerable to fast spell combos and mass exile board wipes.
