Deck overview

This mono-blue deck is led by Alandra, Sky Dreamer and focuses on weaponizing heavy card draw into a flying token army. The primary plan establishes Alandra on Turn 4 and uses a dense suite of instant-speed and sorcery-speed draw spells to trigger her abilities. Drawing two cards per turn builds a board of 2/2 flying Drake tokens, while drawing five cards triggers an anthem that buffs Alandra and all Drakes based on hand size. The deck maintains substantial card advantage through hand-size enablers and scalable draw spells, finishing opponents across consecutive combat steps. A secondary win condition exists in Triskaidekaphile, which wins on upkeep with exactly thirteen cards in hand. While the deck generates high card flow and reliable evasive pressure, it omits traditional countermagic and fast mana, relying on defensive phasing spells to shield key permanents.
