Deck overview

Black Waltz No. 3 is a Rakdos spellslinger-discard deck. The primary plan is to strip opponents' hands and then turn every noncreature spell into a global 2-life drain, using Black Waltz as a flying deathtouch attacker and repeatable payoff. Secondary paths are enchantment-based drain (Bandit's Talent, Unholy Annex), instant/sorcery token engines (Judith, Coruscation Mage, Rite of the Dragoncaller), and heavy interaction that doubles as trigger fuel. Aclazotz is a high-value recursion/discard piece but not a hidden commander; the deck has no true secondary commander. The deck wins by incremental life loss and evasive combat rather than a single combo.
