Deck overview

Teval, the Balanced Scale pilots a Sultai land-and-graveyard strategy. The deck mills heavily, turns lands from the graveyard, and converts graveyard-exits into Zombie Druid tokens, Treasures, Plants, and direct drain. The primary plan is to stock the graveyard through Teval, Entomb, Skull Prophet, Shredder, and incidental mill, then use Kheru Goldkeeper with Tortured Existence and Syr Konrad for a looped kill, or close with Craterhoof Behemoth after Splendid Reclamation and landfall. Muldrotha, Conduit of Worlds, and Six provide repeatable backup value. There is no double-faced commander; the undeclared secondary commander is Muldrotha. One weakness: almost every payoff is attached to the graveyard.
