Deck overview

This mono-red deck leverages Norin the Wary to build a lethal enter-the-battlefield burn and asymmetric control engine. Norin's unique trigger exiles him whenever any player casts a spell or attacks, returning him at the beginning of every end step. By pairing Norin with token generators like Genesis Chamber and damage dealers such as Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, and Witty Roastmaster, the deck deals continuous, unavoidable noncombat damage across all four player turns in each rotation. Chaotic stax elements, most notably Confusion in the Ranks, turn Norin into a recurring creature-theft engine that systematically strips opponents of their threats while Norin reliably blinks back to your side. Supported by big mana artifacts like Throne of Eldraine and Inspiring Statuary, alongside sweeper resets like Blasphemous Act and Obliterate, the deck steadily suffocates the board while burning the entire table down simultaneously without relying on traditional combat.
