I Want To Upgrade To A Motorcycle Now by LucarioQWE

Format: Commander

Commander: Toluz, Clever Conductor

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Toluz, Clever Conductor is a card-banking discard engine: it exiles every card you discard and returns them to your hand when it dies. The deck does not rely on a hidden commander; other legends such as Rona and Emet-Selch are support pieces. The primary plan is to loot and draw through the library, trigger discard payoffs, then assemble an infinite discard loop. The cleanest line uses Bag of Holding plus Psychatog, Ketramose, and Feast of Sanity, with Toluz as a backup exiler. Secondary routes use Skirge Familiar with Confessor and Oloro, or grind out incremental card advantage and life-drain triggers. The deck is a mid-speed combo-control build that can goldfish swiftly when it finds its four-piece loop.
