Fire Lord Azula - B4 by playtester123545

Format: Commander

Commander: Fire Lord Azula

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Grixis spell-slinger combo deck helmed by Fire Lord Azula, built around a singular explosive engine: casting Azula, attacking to float Firebending mana, and using her attack-triggered copy ability to chain rituals and copied spells into a massive Comet Storm or Electrodominance finish. The deck combines ritual acceleration (Desperate Ritual, Seething Song, Pyretic Ritual), cost reduction (Goblin Electromancer, Stormcatch Mentor, Nightscape Familiar), and copy doubling (Twinning Staff, Reiterate) to generate enough mana and copies to kill the entire table in one turn. Flash-speed threats like Slitherwisp, Torrential Gearhulk, and Hullbreaker Horror provide a secondary value/control axis, while Rhystic Study, Archmage Emeritus, and Storm-Kiln Artist generate engine-level advantage off the same spell-casting plan. The deck is explosive but linear, with the primary win fully dependent on Azula surviving combat and on finding one of the few tutor/draw pieces to assemble the infinite-mana chain.
