Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Mono-Blue artifact combo strategy commanded by Urza, Lord High Artificer. The primary game plan revolves around leveraging cheap artifacts, mana rocks, and cost reducers to cast Urza ahead of curve. Once Urza is in play, every artifact becomes a mana source, enabling rapid assembly of the Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal infinite mana engine. With infinite mana, Urza activates his ability to exile and cast the entire library, winning on the spot by repeatedly casting Blue Sun's Zenith to deck all three opponents in a single turn. Backup strategies include the Chromatic Orrery plus Filigree Sages infinite mana loop, the asymmetric lockout of Karn, the Great Creator and Mycosynth Lattice, and Hullbreaker Horror bounce loops. The deck defends its execution with a focused suite of cheap countermagic, targeted removal, and artifact protection.
