Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed cEDH toolbox combo list commanded by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The primary game plan accelerates out Sisay and a high-yield mana engine such as Bloom Tender, Faeburrow Elder, or Relic of Legends by Turn 2 or 3. Once Sisay achieves five-color activation mana, her ability fetches legendary silver bullets and combo components directly to the battlefield at instant speed. Tutoring Teferi, Time Raveler silences opposing stack interaction, clearing the way for the infinite mana loop between Emiel the Blessed and Derevi, Empyrial Tactician. With infinite mana generated, Sisay tutors the rest of the legendary suite into play, utilizing Mount Doom alongside repeated Derevi untaps to deal lethal direct damage to the entire table in a single turn. Backed by free countermagic, premier tutors, and asymmetric draw punishment, the deck transitions rapidly from setup to an unanswerable win.
