Raffine, Scheming Seer commands an Esper reanimator and tempo deck. The primary strategy uses low-cost evasive creatures to scale Raffine's connive trigger, rapidly looting through the library to place overwhelming threats directly into the graveyard. The deck wins by reanimating game-ending bombs like Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Toxrill, the Corrosive, or Archon of Cruelty as early as turns two to four. A strong suite of cheap counterspells and removal protects these threats, while a secondary win condition relies on growing a massive board through repeated connive counters, Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, and Alandra, Sky Dreamer.
